This brand new, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pet friendly cabin is on Rich Mountain just 2 1/2 miles from downtown Boone and the App State campus. Close to town yet in a private and quiet setting.
This cabin has great access. At an altitude of 4600 ft. you will find close range and seasonal views. The nice front yard is almost level, great for the kids to run and play. Across the road you will find the community pond with goldfish to enjoy. Wooded areas to the side and back of the cabin are great for walking and exploring.
The 5 person hot tub provides a great excape for relaxing on the very private back deck.
After grilling on the back deck, step inside to the extremely well equipped and open kitchen. It flows into the living area where you can keep a eye on everything. This main level also boasts 2 very spacious queen bedrooms and a full bath.
You won't be able to hold the kids back as they race up the stairs to the game loft and jump right into a great game of Air Hockey or Foosball. This level also has a queen bedroom and another full bath.
Wireless internet allows you to stay connected so be sure to bring the "laptop" so you can let family and friends back home know just how good of a time you are having.
